The Ajyal Youth Film Festival is over and I feel like I graduated with honors. I didn’t have any meltdown nor stabbed somebody, no acne eruption, and I kept my binge eating at a minimum. This merit deserves a reward by means of a major shopping spree. I went to Christian Dior to enquire about a pair of earrings but came out with these Dior fusion sneakers (I blame the lady who bullied me into buying them). It’s an incredibly impractical shoe but I am an impractical one so it’s a win-win situation. It’s perfectly fitting to walk down the ceremonial court with my new prized possession to mark the fifth film festival under my belt.

On to my next project: eating my way to Berlin.
